Everything you need to know about getting your piece home, and what happens if it isn't right.
Delivery
- UK delivery: £2.50 for prints and smaller pieces, £8 for framed prints and originals, £15 for originals over £500. Free UK delivery on orders over £75.
- Collection: collect free from the stall at Jubilee Market Hall, Covent Garden, on a Saturday or Sunday.
- International: Ireland, France, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, the USA, Canada and Australia, priced at checkout by country for each piece in your order (from £6 per print). Anywhere else, message Luis for a quote.
Every piece is packed carefully by Luis. Framed work is protected for transit. Luis confirms your delivery date and cost when he confirms your order.
Gift wrap
Luis can gift wrap your piece by hand on request. Just message him after you order.
Your right to cancel
If you buy online or by phone, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us by WhatsApp or email, then return the item within 14 days of telling us. We'll refund you, including standard delivery, within 14 days of getting the item back. You pay the cost of returning it unless it's faulty.
Items should come back unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Commissions and personalised items
Commissions and anything personalised are made to your specification, so the 14-day right to cancel doesn't apply. They can still be returned if faulty or not as described.
Faulty or damaged items
If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, message Luis with a photo as soon as possible. He'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
